Delivery

Your Empire Jeans order will be delivered to your door.

We aim to get your order to you within 3/5 working days if you are based in the UK. If for any reason the item you ordered has a problem, we will of course inform you immediately and we will give you an estimated delivery date, for this reason it is very important to make sure you provide us with a current email address and phone number.

We will deliver to the address that you confirm at the order stage unless otherwise stated, there is an option for this. For security reasons please make sure that the address provided is where you are most likely to be present to receive the goods. This will help ensure that the items you have ordered does not go missing.

Your order from Empire Jeans will be delivered FREE on orders over £100 on our Standard Royal Mail 48 hour tracked and signed service. Should you require a non-mainland UK or Overseas delivery it will be charged at cost. Or alternatively you can request a next day delivery at an extra cost of £9.99 on our Royal Mail special next day delivery service. For all international orders, customers are responsible for paying the Customs and Import Duties. Unfortunately we cannot determine in advance what these fees will be.

Please be aware that you will be required to sign for delivery on all our services.
